An Australia wide parcel delivery company looking for a capable hand to manage its busy office functions of parcel delivery centre located in Mackay, Queensland;

We are looking for someone with skills to;

Plan and review day-to-day office operations and prioritise work accordingly
Plan and allocate staff to relevant areas and manage the delivery roster
Monitor and report overall work performance to the management
Manage and maintain the fleet
Manage Accounts of the office
Manage and assist staff payroll and contractors payment activities
Manage, assess delivery centre facilities and resolve any issues
Ability work under pressure, have an independent, feisty and must-do attitude
Ensure performance indicators are met to the satisfaction of our clients
Ability to prepare tender documents for new contracts and complete general office functions
Successful Applicant will have;

With minimum Diploma higher in Commerce/Business and proven related experience in managerial role;
Self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision
Sound problem resolution and with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to implement continual improvement processes and continually monitor quality assurance outcome
